Two addresses and a few lines about what is moving. It takes a couple of minutes and gives us enough to arrange a survey.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturdays, 9am to 2pm — though the crews are usually out on a Saturday, so the office is quieter. Sunday and bank-holiday moves can be arranged in advance.
Messages left outside those hours get picked up the next working morning. If your move is imminent and something has gone wrong, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile.
Where we are
We work out of Gillingham, covering ME7 and ME8, the wider Medway towns and north Kent. Surveys happen at your property rather than at an office, so there is rarely a reason to visit us — but the address is on every written quote.
